How can I Order Ford Genuine Parts?
Contact your preferred Dealer to order Ford Genuine Parts.
Can a customer get rewards if not registered as a member?
No. Benefits and rewards are only reserved for registered members. But any customer can still purchase Ford Genuine Parts and/or Ford Motorcraft® Parts from Ford Dealers.
Can I still order Ford Genuine Parts without being a member?
Yes. Ford Genuine Parts can be ordered without being a member. But to receive exclusive rewards and benefits you must become a Ford Trade Club Member.
After becoming a member, am I restricted from purchasing parts from any Ford Dealer?
Members can purchase Ford Genuine Parts from any Ford Dealer. Please bear in mind that rewards will only be credited to your preferred Ford Trade Club Dealer Account.
How do I earn rewards & discounts?
Purchase Ford Genuine Parts and/or Ford Motorcraft® Parts from a participating Ford Trade Club Dealer. You will receive a target for your purchases during the relevant Loyalty period. Once transactions are completed, you will earn rewards & discounts where applicable on your purchases.
Keep track of your purchases on your personalized dashboard to optimize your chance of earning further savings. Reach your target and after each rewards program period ends, your purchases will be audited. Upon completion of the audit, you will be notified of the potential credit to your Parts account. Rewards will be processed and credited to your selected preferred Ford Trade Club Dealer, based on the audited results.
Ford Certified Collision Network Applications
Note that Ford Certified Collision Network applications are open to all panel shops via the AutoMatrix website.
Steps to follow – new application:
- Please go to the APPLICATIONS page on the Automatrix website www.automx.co.za.
- Click on Apply For Approval.
- Start the online process by following the 4 steps.
- Login to access all the information you require to become approved.
The portal will automatically save your progress as you proceed through the application.
NB: Please ensure you allow pop-ups for the website on your browser to avoid any issues with the process.
- Panel shops are required to submit their application by completing the application and self-evaluation on the website.
- The application will be submitted to Ford provided the panel shop passes the self-evaluation and AutoMatrix will schedule and audit – regardless of the panel shop’s size or geographical location.
- Should the panel shop pass the physical audit of its administration systems, premises, staff and equipment, the shop will be granted Ford approval.
