Fleet Categories
A Fleet is categorised based on the total number of vehicles owned by the Fleet.

Registration Criteria
Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa (FMCSA) will register a company as a Ford Fleet under the following circumstances:
- Company has a fleet size of minimum 1 motor vehicle up to 24 to qualify for the Ford Fleet category discount
- Company has a fleet size of 25 or more motor vehicles to qualify for the Ford Fleet+ category discount
Vehicle Definition: A vehicle is defined as a passenger, SUV, Light, or Heavy Commercial Vehicle and does not include motorbikes, tractors, trailers etc.
How to Access Fleet Pricing
- Maintain active Ford Trade Club membership
- Verify your fleet status with your preferred, authorized, Ford Dealer
- Provide required fleet documentation

- Pricing Subject to Change: All fleet pricing may change without notice based on market conditions, vehicle availability, dealer inventory, and manufacturer updates
- Dealer-Specific: Final pricing varies by authorized Dealer location and current promotions
- Indicative Only: Published prices are estimates; contact your Dealer for current rates
Program Limitations
- Available through authorized Ford Dealers only
- Applies to new vehicle purchases unless otherwise specified
- Cannot be combined with certain other offers or manufacturer incentives
- Not all Ford models may qualify for fleet discounts
- Special-order vehicles may have different terms
Verification and Documentation
- Fleet Status Verification: Required before pricing is honoured
- Documentation: Proof of fleet size and vehicle ownership may be requested
- Audit Rights: Ford reserves the right to verify fleet qualifications at any time
- Accuracy Required: Misrepresentation of fleet status may result in qualification termination
Membership Requirements
- Valid Ford Trade Club membership mandatory
- Fleet status must be maintained with FMCSA via authorized Ford Dealers
- Benefits are non-transferable between companies or individuals
Program Changes
Ford Motor Company reserves the right to:
- Modify fleet categories and qualification requirements at any time
- Update pricing structures and available discounts
- Change program terms with reasonable notice to members
- Discontinue the fleet pricing program if necessary
